Process
Every batch runs through the same controlled sequence, from formulation to the bag that arrives at your factory.
Pigment or filler is selected and balanced for your target shade, polymer and process.
Raw materials are weighed to the formula and dry-blended with the carrier resin.
The blend is melted and mixed in the extruder so the pigment disperses fully through the carrier.
Strands leave the die and are cooled in a water bath.
Strands are cut into uniform pellets for even feeding on your machines.
Each batch is checked against the approved standard, then packed and dispatched.
